Shipping policy

1. Shipment

It usually takes  1-3 business days to process your order(colored wigs,30inches-40inches  wig may takes longer time like one week more due to the covid19. but we will do our best to ship it out earlier for you).Normally, we ship from Monday to Friday, except Weekends and holidays.

Free shipping methods:, FEDEX ,TNT,UPS.GES.DPEX,ARAMEX

We have the authority to use express company according your choice and the actual status.

2.Shipment Address

Please double check your address information when you pay the order. Please don’t leave your P.O. box address. Any address or order change request will be considered but not guaranteed (since the address is incorrect, the order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges. There will be no refund for abandoned or abandoned shipments.)

3.Tax

International customers are responsible for paying any applicable immigration taxes, taxes and any other fees that the local customs authorities deem appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government 

4.Delivery Time 

To US: 3-7 working days via Fedex  or DHL 

To CA: 3-7 working days via DHL (Free Shipping)

To UK&FR 5-10 working Days via Ges-DHL / EY (Free Shipping)

To other countries in EUR: 4-10 working days via GES

To South Africa 4-10 working days via DPEX/Aramex

To  other countries in Africa 7-15 working days via DHL

To Australia 5-7 working days via DHL/TNT 

PS: 1.if your city is remote area in FEDEX or DHL system you need to pay the shipping fee $30

PS: 2.Regarding potential delivery delay due to the impact of COVID -19.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, improper carrier operation, incomplete addresses, delays in delivery, customs delays, lost or stolen items,undeliverable addresses or incorrect contact information for all shipments.

If you have previously encountered a lost or stolen package, we recommend that you send the package to your work address to ensure that you receive your package safely.

5.shipping Insurance(Only for USA customers)

you can chose shipping Insurance service when you check out, if you want to return the hair back to seller in original status,pls contact sale@reshinehair.com to provide you a return label. you don't need to pay for the shipping fee.

6. Track Your Package 

We will update your tracking number via email, with all our orders with verified tracking numbers and links. Tracking numbers can take several hours to update. If you have a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Once the package leaves our shipping location, you will need to contact them to resolve some issues.

7. Package Delivery

we will put the Customer benefit in the first place and try our best to protect it.If we send the package to the wrong address and it cant arrived, we can send you a new package or give you a full refund! if we send to the correct address and the express company website shows package delived , we are not responsible for any lost package claim. if You didn't get the package pls contact with the express company and ask for a investigation. We will help you to survey the case. If the express don't Make compensation, we can do nothing.
