2.Process time
we will design and process to make your wigs after your order. It normally take 5-7 days for our factory to make the wig for you.
3. Shipment time
the shipping time usually takes 4-7 working days via Fedex/DHL. Due to covid19,the shipment may delay sometimes.
4.Refund/exchage
Factory will make the wig for you after order is confirmed. Refund/exchage is available within 24 hours after order confirmed. It can't be refund/exchange for any reason after 24 hours.Also we will send you wigs photo befoer shipment for confirm. Please try on the wig immediately receiving it.
5.Customized information
we can make wigs according your request. you can send us the wig photo you want to make.

Please double check your address information when you pay the order. Please don’t leave P.O. box address. Any address or order change request will be considered but not guaranteed (since the address is incorrect, the order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us at sale@reshinehair.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
pls contact us within 48 hours(2 days) upon your receive the item, a refund wil be given once the item has been send back in original condition(No refund/exchange if hair heen installed cut washed or have any other damage and process ,pls kindly understand)
