we will design and process to make your wigs after your order. It normally take 5-7 days for our factory to make the wig for you.
3. Shipment time
the shipping time usually takes 4-7 working days via Fedex/DHL. Due to covid19,the shipment may delay sometimes.
Factory will make the wig for you after order is confirmed. Refund/exchage is available within 24 hours after order confirmed. It can't be refund/exchange for any reason after 24 hours.Also we will send you wigs photo befoer shipment for confirm. Please try on the wig immediately receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
